- To communicate by phone, text, or email about scheduling, estimates, service updates, and follow-up.
- To keep internal customer and service records.
- To improve our website, business operations, customer service, and marketing.
- To manage Motorcycle Master Link's own verified business listing, posts, and reviews on platforms such as Google Business Profile.
Sharing information
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the business, such as with communication providers, appointment or customer-management tools, payment/service providers, towing or transport partners when requested, or when required by law. Phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information are excluded from all sharing described above. This information is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
Text messages (SMS) and calls
Motorcycle Master Link operates an SMS text message program for customer service and appointment communications. SMS consent is separate from your service request — you are never required to provide SMS consent to receive repair service, estimates, towing, or any other service we offer.
How you enroll: SMS consent is collected via an explicit opt-in checkbox in our online appointment request form at mcmasterlink.com. Submitting the form without checking the SMS consent box does not enroll you in SMS. Verbal or written consent may also be collected at service intake.
Message types: If you opt in, you may receive SMS about appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service status updates, repair completion notices, pickup and delivery notifications, and customer support.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active service. You may receive 2–6 messages per service interaction on average.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 754-333-7761 or service@mcmasterlink.com.
Data sharing: No mobile information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose. This information is excluded from all other information sharing described elsewhere in this policy.
