Service requests and appointments
Submitting a website form, text message, email, or voicemail is a request for follow-up and does not guarantee an appointment, quote, diagnosis, repair completion, parts availability, towing/transport availability, or turnaround time. We confirm details before work is scheduled.
Estimates and pricing
Prices shown online are starting ranges or examples only. Final pricing may vary based on motorcycle type, condition, parts, fluids, supplies, distance, labor time, diagnostic complexity, after-hours requests, and other job-specific factors. We may need to inspect or diagnose the motorcycle before giving a final estimate.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information, motorcycle details, location, symptoms, and service history when available.
- Confirm that you are authorized to request service for the motorcycle.
- Remove valuables and personal items before service or transport whenever possible.
- Approve estimates, parts, labor, and scheduling before work proceeds when approval is requested.
Towing and transport coordination
Transport availability and pricing depend on distance, motorcycle condition, access, equipment needs, and scheduling. Some transport work may be coordinated with third-party providers when appropriate.
Communications
By submitting a website form, calling, texting, emailing, booking an appointment, or providing your phone number during service intake, you agree that Motorcycle Master Link may reply by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, appointment, service status, estimate, customer support, or service-related follow-up.
SMS messages are service-related and may include appointment scheduling, repair updates, estimates, pickup notifications, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase services.
